Topped up twice took money and didn’t work

I have paid one £15 & £10 on my debit card but neither amount is showing I’m payment history on app. I can only use phone on Wi-Fi. No 3G or 4G. Account did not top up.

Tried phoning all night and just get cut off ,really upset.

You need to contact O2.
