Topped up new mobile number online

I topped up new mobile sim with £15 pay as you go. 

But my mobile number xxxxxxxxxx is showing zero balance.

I need it to make calls to New Zealand.

What PAYG tariff are you on? Classic or a Big Bundle?

If Big Bundle then your money is taken as allowances https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

@Swm You need to add more credit which will be used to make your chargeable calls with. 

Your bundle allowances are only for UK numbers.

@Swm Your first top up must be done from a voucher. You can get these from any ATM machine or corner shop

But if he hasn’t used a voucher to do it that could be the reason why it’s not showing
