Solved: Topped up my phone yesterday on the bungle package...

My question is why my top up not been added on? It says £0.00 credit on my bungle package, but still got abit left over package from last month, but I top up has a warning said top up because it would expired, new top up done on the 27/01/21 at 2.00am

Your top up is exchanged for bundle allowances so your credit will be zero unless you top up more than is required to buy your bundle.
