Hi there, I added £10 top up to my credit which should of put me on £15 overall, and now it says I have £3 credit, what is going on.

It depends on what type of service you have @Lazoogle 

If you are on the old style PAYG where you pay by the minute/text/mb then each time you use the phone your balance will go down.

If you are on the new bundle style PAYG then your credit would be exchanged for a set amount of minutes/texts/data.

For both types, anything outside of that would also incur a charge - such as a premium rate call or text to a premium number, or sending any pictures via MMS.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
