Topped up balance turned to zero

Hello. Few days ago I topped up my balance on 10 £. Today the balance is 0. Why did this happen? How to view a bill?

No bills on PAYG

Your balance would have been taken to pay your allowances for 30 days if you are on the Big Bundle tariff

The problem is that I haven’t received any allowances. As it has been turned out later my tariff costs 15 £, however 10 £ just have been lost.
