Hi,
I had a £10.00 tarrif but adjusted it to the £15.00 one a few minutes before topping up. I topped up with the app and it said I had the £10.00 tarrif via text. Next thing I know, I have no tariff on my account and I've been billed despite not having the data, texts or minutes. It says I now have the £15.00 tariff on my account and I need to top-up to have it but they have taken my original top-up and I don't know what to do?

You need to call 4445 from 8,00am in the morning.
