Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" explains how to set up payments - if you top up manually, the money sits there and does not get used for top-up, but is used to pay for charges outside of your allowance, @Solojo05.

If you call O2 on 2202 or 4445 around 8am, you should get someone who can look into it for you. You can also use social media to contact O2, as explained in the link just below. Good luck!
