Hi, i have over 30 pounds allowance to renew y 15£ bundle this month.

This time, the allowance money was not used and my bundle was not renewed, though I have enough balance for 2 months for the 15£ bundle.

Please explain how can I use my remaining allowance (that I topped up 20£ yesterday) to get the bundle renewed.

Big bundles are supposed to be renewed automatically if there is sufficient credit.

As this has failed, CS will need to explain why and correct the issue.
