I just top up me sim 2 days ago and it is not working now it say 0 balance and no one is answering me what I need to do???

We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 4445 or 0344 809 0222.

Credit is exchanged for allowances so your balance will always be zero unless you top up over your bundle amount.
