I just top up me sim 2 days ago and it is not working now it say 0 balance and no one is answering me what I need to do???

Credit is exchanged for allowances so your balance will always be zero unless you top up over your bundle amount.

You can also only call standard UK numbers from your bundle which is explained here Guide: Your Allowances - what is and isn't included
