Hello, 

 

I ran out of my monthly Pas as You Go data before the end of month so I topped up 10£ more again and I thought it would go to my data allowance but nothing happened…

Your allowances only renew on your anniversary date.

To start the early, you need to call 4445 and ask O2.

You need to get o2 to start your next bundle earlier, or buy a bundle call customer services on 4445
