Hi I just updated my tariff to £5 and it won’t let me top up it’s saying the minimum is £10, witch I don’t understand if I have £5 tariff

The minimum topup on o2 is £10 no matter bundle you have.

Hi @Lisa30

Yes you have to top up £10 which will give you 2 months allowances. You can't just top up £5.00 now.
