Hi, I’ve just bought a pay as you go sim and topped it up with £10, I have the email to confirm the payment but my account still shows £0, does it take long to show on my account?

The top up is taken for allowances hence the zero balance https://www.o2.co.uk/help/pay-as-you-go/big-bundles

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
