Anyone having an issue topping up their phone with a recently issued First Direct MasterCard?

@RichardSUnless the card has been registered on the top up service it won't work. If it's recently issued this is why you are having problems. All ways to top up here Guide How to Top Up (PAYG) 

Try a voucher first, then you should be able to register the card.

Thanks for the advice. Never had this issue before. First Direct changed from Visa to MasterCard recently and for some reason o2 no longer accept the new card!!
