Bought phone from carphone warehouse been waiting since 20th for my top up I purchased with phone to be added to my account still waiting

You'll need to chase it up with CPW if not added, but big bundles take credit for allowances so you'll see zero credit.
If you text Balance to 20202 it will text you back with what you have.

Didn't get anywhere with carphone warehouse was on phone for 59 minutes then got cut off, anyone would think I was asking for 1000 pound. Only a tenner
