Hi I have tried 4 times to top up on my card and another 2 times on another card but it is saying it cannot process the payment for the £15 bundle as I have just got a new sim card.

Either try tomorrow, or call o2 tomorrow and see if they can see where the problem is, but just make sure you are using a UK registered card, wth a UK address Guide: How to find help & contact O2

All top-up methods in here - time was a voucher top-up was preferred for first time use, @Ella5
