so I topped up £10 but it says my balance is 0. you gave me the £10 data Big Bundle which only lasts for 1 month. I want £10 of credit that will last indefinitely until I use it all up. This is for my Dad who will only use mobile once in a blue moon so any kind of monthly plan is a waste. Is there a plan for that?

O2 only do big Bundles and Rollovers

You need to change to giffgaff or 1p Mobile for a tariff that suits his needs
