I have topped up my phone from a shop and have received a text confirming my balance is £13 but when I try and use it, it says my balance is £0 ?

Do you have a bundle, as that would take out the funds.

If not then, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
