Hello I was on the £10 a month top up and changed to the £30 but it doesn’t re new till the 2nd but I want to change it to the £15 but it isn’t letting me
@Jake12 Hi, you can only change tariff once a month on PAYG, you could try calling customer services and explain you need to change as you made a mistake.
