I’ve bought the voucher to do the first top up. I’ve been trying to set up a card payment but it declines every card I try and use. I’m sick of it now. I’m thinking of ditching o2 and trying someone else. Can anyone help?

Call customer service on 4445 and they will set your card up for you.
However, when you enter the card expiry date, O2 require six digits, so something like 12/2022, not 12/22.
