Hi team,
I have bought a voucher 5 months ago, but hadn`t got the chance to use it and now that have found it among the documents wanted to top up my phone. The issue is that it doesn`t want to accept the code, saying there is a problem with the voucher code.
Would love if you could help me out.

Hi @Anna You need to contact customer services on 4445.To see if they can help you apply the voucher. It may have expired

Hi,
i will try to contact them to see if we can fix it. The things is that on the voucher it says will expire on 17/feb/2019, so it should be fine. Just hope to sort it out with them.

@AnnaYes it should still work. So best advice, as previously stated, is to call Customer services or use Live Chat. All methods here
