I received a text message onTuesday July 7 from O2 telling me that I can get £5 top up credit on my Pay as you Go account if I sign up to the O2 app.

I have received a further text message today ( Thursday ) saying 'thanks for downloading and signing up to My O2.

Just checked my O2 credit and as yet it hasn't added the extra £5. Can someone tell me how long it would take for it to appear on my account.

Thank you.

Did you try all the numbers in the guide and posted above?

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support  If you get to hold music you have to wait as you are in a queue. Also try any option including Fraud or lost and stolen.

All the numbers in this link are open until 8pm Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Use any of them, It doesn't matter that you are PAYG.

In the meantime @mucky1957 I will tag our managers here. They won't be on until Monday but hopefully they will pick this up when they return.

Sounds like your tariff has been changed. It may not be possible under normal circumstances to change back now as the classic tariff has been discontinued.
