Top up not worked

Hi changed daughters tariff from £15 to £10 paid £10 but has no unlimited calls or texts and no data, money left bank account. Also topped up my phone and again no credit … help please

As you know, if you have a £10 Big Bundle you should get

Unlimited minutes, unlimited texts and 7GB of 2G/3G/4G data in exchange for £10 each month. Includes data rollover of up to 7GB a month, subject to bundle caps.

If you are saying you've received nothing, you need to call O2 on 4445 and ask them to sort this out for you.
