Hi

Just moved into a brand new house and I’m currently without broadband so I got a prepay sim from o2. My contract phone is with them so I know I get ok signal. I get the sim and put it in the phone and try to top up online and through myo2 but I can’t because they don’t recognise my address and no option to enter manually. So tried topping up over the phone and the same problem arises. Apparently I have to go to the shop and do it, which I can’t do as I have COVID and by the time I can go out my broadband will be live. Does anyone know when o2 update there systems so I can top up?

@Updatekid123

You can get a top up voucher from the mobile top up site.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
