Top up adroad problems

Hi

i'm trying to top up abroad whith a foraing credif card, but it keep responding whith an error message...

the site asks about the house number and postcode. But as foreign, the o2 site does not allow or accept the card's postcode, neither accepts my UK post code. Now i can't top up my phone.

So use the advice in my first link. It will allow you to top up via Paypal.

Yes unfortunately you need a UK card registered to a UK address. Do you have a UK bank? All other ways to top up are in the link above posted by @Cleoriff including most bank have the facility to top up in the app.

You may be forced to ask a friend or family member to top up for you and then you can pay them back.
