Hello Community, why can I not top up my Big Bundle 15? Can't do it by phone as it says I don't have enough credit .. when I have more than enough credit to cover it? Can't do it via My O2 and can't get hold of a on line Guru to help? Struggling. Many thanks in advance, Barry

Not following you, sorry.

If you can top up, your bundle will start automatically on your anniversay date provided you have sufficient credit?

Have you checked the £20 is showing as credit on your account?

Must be one of the many system issues O2 are suffering at the moment.

All I can suggest is that you try again later.
