Hi. I recently topped up my phone with £15 for my £15 Big Data Bundle. I did it a bit later when I should of done it on 4th April but I've done it on 10th April instead. It normally renews the bundle as soon as I've topped up but so far it hasn't. I was wondering when it will renew

It should go through almost instantaneously @Will_Not_Bill - and as O2's systems update overnight, it may have been a bit slow at the time you posted your query. Your late payment will mean any data Rollover also will have been lost, @Will_Not_Bill. If your balance has not rectified itself by now, you will need to call O2 on 4445 to see what is amiss. If you go into MyO2, does that show your £15 credit ?

 

And does it give you the opportunity to renew the bundle manually ?
