Hello.

I just arrived in UK.

I have a voucher to top up but my English is weak so far.

I called 4444 but I can't understand the instructions to enter the code.

Could someone be so kind to explain to me how to proceed step by step?

Thank you in advance for your help.

@Adwh cannot understand the recorded message.

Is it 1, 2, 3, 4 or what to enter the voucher number?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No I can't off the top of my head @Adwh

I am no longer PAYG but used to top up constantly. You will be given two options. Card or voucher . Just listen and when it says voucher, press the number it states.

Also in an effort to help I have tried the 4444 number. Of course I was unable to proceed, as my son, who was with O2 PAYG is now with EE.

So I can not tell you the option to press. *Sighs*...

Just listen carefully @Adwh . It really is an easy process.
