I topped up my daughters phone yesterday as usual, the money has come out of my bank account. However, the phone is not showing any evidence of the top up.

Hi Jane,

 

How did you top your daughters phone up? It's possible that she has a bundle on her account which the top-up has gone towards.

 

I'm going to tag @O2Waqas and @O2Emma as there are a number of reasons as to why this top-up hasn't gone on. They will be happy to look into this for you.
