Hello,

I am a returning international student and I have a problem topping up my number. I had a 10£ tariff when I first used O2, and I would like to keep it as is. I tried to use my Revolut account to top up, but now my payment is pending (verified mastercard - account not charged) I've read from other customers that the money will be released after 15 days or so. Is there a chance the money I tried to top up will appear in the app? Should I try a different card to top up?

Thank you.

Your number and account will have been disconnected as per the T&C's as you need to make a chargable action every 6 months. ,the best option is to get a new sim card and start again.

The money is held by Revolut and they will release it between 7 -15 days depending on their processes..

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
