Top Up big bundle pay as you go

Hi so I brought a £10 big bundle sim in store and received a text today to say I only had 250mb left so I called 4444 and added £10 on. Received the text to say it was successful however now I am texted to check my balance it is still at 250mb and saying I have it until October to use? What do I do

Your data will not refresh until your anniversary date.

Your data use will be taken from the £10 credit you have added or call 4445 to start a new bundle early.
