Top Up Not Showing on My O2

Yesterday I topped up my account with £10 and I received an email confirming it had been done. Today I checked online on MyO2 and it's still showing the old pre-top up balance. Can anybody help?

Which tariff are you on?

If on a bundle, the credit is used to buy allowances on your anniversary date.

Can I stop my auto top-up?
Yes. To stop your auto top-up and delete your details go to www.o2.co.uk/myo2. Then go to auto top-up and you can then cancel your auto top-up and details.
If you have any probleems then contact O2 on 4445 or any number in this guide
