Is anyone experiencing debit/credit card denial issues when topping up? I have tried topping up using 2 different cards from different banks, and someone else has also tried and each time it says that the transaction was not accepted and to contact bank.  O2 - do you have problems with your card transaction process?  Thanks

@StuartS

Yes it's common for o2 to have card processing issues.
see alternative top up methods here Guide How to Top Up (PAYG)

I’m having exactly the same problem!

 I've tried two different cards and calling 4444.

 It goes through the whole process by phone and online then says unable to process payment.
losing patience now!

Hi MI5,

 I've tried online and by phone. The only other option is to go to a store. That's absolutely not convenient as I live miles away from an o2 shop. I guess I'll have to get a new sim with another network.
