Did anyone come across any problem?

The card number entered is not an accepted card type.

I tested different types of cards, and all failed. Usually I should wait for a few days, and the problem will be sorted out automatically..........

Finally solve the problem. I used Google Chrome and it always can not help me top up.

Then I use Internext Explorer, and it succeeds.

Great

@Eugene

Usually this happens if it's a foreign bank card. I'm not sure they accept Electron either.

However, you should give customer services a call and let them sort out the problem

Edited to add this for info. It's Electron and Diners they wont accept http://service.o2.co.uk/IQ/SRVS/CGI-BIN/WEBCGI.EXE?New,Kb=Companion,question=ref(User):str(Mobile),C...

@Eugene

Also the fact you used various different cards may have created a problem. You could leave it for a while and try again, OR as I said above give customer services a call

Best of luck and welcome to the forum Welcome

The first time I used is that local Santander card. Hmm.

Does that mean the Santandar card is not coherent to this O2 topup?

@EugeneIf you are trying to top up you need to register the card before you can use it. Follow the instructions by calling 4444

Meanwhile follow the other instructions to top up here. https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/How-to-Top-Up-PAYG/ba-p/1156408

If you are having no luck with that card.

I had this problem and worked around it.

The Problem

My computer automatically filled in the card detail fields for me. If this is the case for you, O2 cannot detect the type of card and reports the error - even though your card type is accepted and valid.

The Solution

Fill in the card fields manually (type them in, not copy/paste) so the page can detect the input.
