Texts not able to send

My partner has been having trouble with sending out texts, reviving texts and making phone calls are fine but not out going texts. The phone has been rebooted yet still nothing 🙄 does anyone know what to do??

If you get to the bottom of that and no joy, you could try putting the sim card in another phone and seeing if you can send or receive - that would show if the problem is on the phone or the sim.
