I’m on Monthly big bundle 15£. I ran out of data but I should still have the unlimited calls minutes and texts as I checked my balance.
It’s so weird that I can’t send a message to my boyfriend’s Giff gaff number which is in UK as well. Could you please tell me what is the problem ?

Btw I still can call the number but not texting!

He may have accidently blocked you in his message settings. Ask him to open messages, then settings to check the blocked list.
