19 January 2021 I ordered anO2 sim 12 M. On the 20th May I changed supplier to Vodaphone and they assured me that they would inform you of my situation.This has obviously not happened as on checking my accounts I notice you are still taking £30 monthly.The payments involved are 04/06,18/07,04/08, and 26/08.I would hope you can see your way clear to refund me with All payments as Vodaphone were responsible for the ongoing problem.

You should have used your STAC or PAC to close the contract when you moved.
