Hi, I changed from Pay monthly with O2 to PAYG with O2 over a month ago. The temporary number is still showing on my phone and the balance is incorrect. I have tried ringing without success. I cannot see how to amend it on my phone or online. Online showing correct number but balance still incorrect. Switched off/on etc. Any advice if I can do it and how?

You should find it updates eventually. As long as your phone is working it's not important in the current crisis. You could ring O2 if you are concerned Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
