I'm trying to switch a tarrif on PAYG😤😤 but it seems difficult. To what should be very straight forward 🤔🤔 Come O2 get a grip😐😐

Have you tried ringing 4445?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
