Hi I just swap my tariff from 20£ to 30£. I top up 30£ but system charged me only 20£ for old tariff. Can somebody sort that and take 10£ from my account and activate 30£ tariff?

You need to call 4445 for PAYG customer support and they can sort it for you.

If it is not going the way you want, as nobody can access your account from the Community Forum, then reach out to the O2 Social Media Team in any of the links below this post (Twitter or Facebook or Instagram) and see if they can help.

Otherwise it is a call to 202 to talk to O2 about your contract tariff change. Good luck, @Stanlej222.
