Hi. Am trying to change my mum's tariff. Have tried with 02 app, 02 website but both keep either crashing or saying that I cannot load current page. Tried diff phones and still not working. Help much appreciated .

You need to contact O2 if MyO2 not working.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

There seems to be an issue [well for some of us] with My02 - 


I`m no expert but this might be a reason you are having problems.

Hope it is sorted out soon and you can get the problem with changing your mum`s tariff sorted.

Just to say @Mi-Amigo although mine was working ok this moring, it was just after I signed into forum so didn't need to sign in. Now I can't get on at all. The sign in box remains greyed out after I enter my login details.

Ok on phone though.
