Tariff Change to Pay as You Go

Before the end of my 15 pound big bundle tariff I opted to switch to the 20 pound big bundle tariff. However, now that I've changed my mind and want to revert back to the 15 pound big bundle, I am unable to. I'd rather not pay for the 20 pound big bundle. Is there any way I can switch it back? They've told me to wait until after I've payed for the next cycle. But that's actual extortion so I'm either terminating my O2 account or getting this tariff switched back.

Have you called and asked to be moved back?
Normally if you try and move yourself it will only move at your anniversary date (the day the bundle renews).

@aitorg88

You can only change once per month

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks for the reply, I just thought that calls were reserved for emergencies. Which number would be best for this sort of thing?
