I got this sim and it was on the 10 bundle. I didn’t know I topped up £30 wanting to be on the big bundle. I want to change to the 30 bundle today

You can change tariff once in any 30 day period

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

And make sure you have at least £30 in your balance when you send the SMS to move up to the £30 bundle, as per the link shared above, @Hurst484.

Yes, but the £10 bundle may have depleted that if the change-up to £30BB SMS was not sent quickly enough, leaving the pot £10 shy.
