Hi,
does anyone know why when I top up on the day my bundle runs out I only pay the top up amount but if I add credit before the bundle runs out then some credit is taken off my balance in small amounts until I don’t have enough to top up again and this is even though I still have plenty of call time, data etc. left?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or call 4445.
