I have a pay as you go sim with o2 already. But it doesn’t offer data, so I have ordered a new one that does have data. How do I go about setting it up, I want to keep the same phone number to.

do I just go on the “switch sim” on my o2? Or do I need to request to keep my phone number? Or both?

No need for a new sim.

Just go to your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/ and change your tariff.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
