Swap payg to pay monthly

Hi do you have to change the son to go from PAYG to pay monthly? Currently on PAYG & want to change to unlimited everything on pay monthly.

Yes the sim will need to be changed. It's difficult to contact customer service but you need to call if you wish to keep your number
