This morning, I spoke to CS who activated my SIM card and finished moving my old Giffgaff number to my new PAYG SIM.

I was unable to top up the SIM despite trying three different cards through the app, mobile browser, desktop browser, and phone top-up line. None of them worked, so it's a problem on the O2 end.

I was told that these issues should be resolved by 6pm, and it's now 8.15pm.

Is there a payment issue anybody else is facing?

Hi @avocadheaux

Your first top up should be via voucher.

It's 4444. That's the top up line.

Edited to add, all in the guide I posted above. wink

Oh, that was a typo, it was 4444. My point still stands though — voucher doesn't work either.

You'll have to call customer service to see if they can apply your voucher.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@avocadheaux

How did you bring your number over and when did you provide your PAC number?

as your sim card needs to be activated before a Port can happen, so if you did this yesterday, then it will complete either today or tomorrow.
This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
