Stuck in Croatia and can't make any calls using Pay As You Go

Hey everyone,

I'm currently in Croatia and can't make any calls to UK or Croatian numbers. I have the £20 Big Bundle which includes both Unlimited minutes to UK and 50 International Minutes (of which I still have all 50mins remaining).

My data works well here but every time I try and make any calls it says 'Call Failed'. I actually work in iPhone repairs (and have an iPhone 12 Pro) so pretty confident phone/settings are working well but it's only been an issue since I've arrived in Croatia.

I've tried to contact O2 through the chat service but that's only for Pay Monthly and they said my only option is to call O2 which I can't do as I can't make ANY phone calls at all.

Does anyone have any advice? I really need to call some local Croatian places which I'm supposed to be able to do and all my phone roaming settings are on that I can find.

Thanks everyone!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

@ramiod

Are you using the full international dialling code?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
