I have 2 contract phones from o2 and a pay as you go tablet, my problem is I constantly get messages on pay as you go to change it. I dont not want contract on my tablet I use wifi most of time, and maybe send a message once a month. Message asks me to phone them to stop ads but it's a tablet and not used for calls. Do I have to change my network from o2 to stop daily adverts from o2 on my tablet as you cant text them to stop ads.

You can change your contact preferences in your MyO2.

Untick everything in the preferences and I'm sure there is a short number to reply STOP.
