If you have a credit balance, is there a way to stop a big bundle being renewed and go onto standard PAYG rates?

No sorry.

You need to move away from O2 if you want standard PAYG, but there's not much left out there now.

Only giffgaff and 1pmobile as far as I know offer standard rates.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
