This has been going on for six weeks, after much wrangling with 02 they say it must be samsungs fault. I dont undersrand why either if them cant unlock my phone? It works with 02 sim just not other.

Would I be correct to say you are trying to unlock your phone to use a different network sim in it?
Have you asked to get the phone unlatched/unlocked in the My o2 app once you are logged in?
I will tag the o2 gurus who are on duty this afternoon to see if they can help.
